TIR SOL 43 SYSTEM
This so-called "eco" version consists of placing the non-return slabs on the ground and applying two layers of thixotropic polyurethane resin, preferably black.
This first version, consists of securing the stand and allows to recover the firing residues by simple sweeping or aspiration, while respecting the safety instructions for the handling of pyrotechnic materials and pollutant.
The first TIR-SOL 43 was set up at the 1st Infantry Regiment of Sarrebourg. It allows above all to avoid sand dust during the stride of users in the tunnel of fire, often encountered in most of the shooting ranges of the army. You should know that 35% of non-inflamed powder is deposited on the ground and polluted by infiltration ground water because most stands are watered to limit the spread of dust.
This system reduces installation costs and is highly appreciated by users.
In the case of this realization, the support chosen was of the cement-cement on 16 cm of thickness, we put a polyane film of 180 microns as a vapor barrier, thus avoiding any rise of humidities. The flatness of the support must not exceed 6 mm under the rule of 3 m, it is thus that it was carried out using a paver to respect a perfect flatness.
